I stumbled on this bird fishing in a nearby wetland, and he seemed so intent on his fishing, that he wasn't disturbed by me. That was fortunate, because it took me about 25 shots to get one lighted well and in focus.
The background may be a little busy but it sure in nice.From the hint of the palm in back to the delicate plant over the water you have an excellent composition.I feel that there is enough light on the bird to keep the main subject steady.The color is beautiful.
It looks like a young one Regmar. That is why it probably wasn't too interested in you. Either that or it is a statue. lol. Very nice on the bird with the clarity. I wish the background was a little darker so as not to distract. All in all a really good photo.
