taken in Boracay Beach, Philippines. I was somehow surprised when I looked at the picture in my camera. The subject seems to bulge out or embossed which was not my intention in the first place. Thanks to all who appreciated, made comments and downloaded my work.

Rey, It looks more like a sculptured palm in the sand than a handprint... and that adds interest to the image... even though the rule for 'Centering' has been broken. :o)

I agree that the most interesting feature here is the hand appearing to bulge out rather than be pushed in. I wish the description had addressed how the effect was achieved. I hope nobody was buried alive.

This, is a neat picture. I like the idea. It looks like something you'd see on a gallery wall. Artsy, without being obscure. Something fun, interesting, and recognizeable. Not to mention it has good composition and clarity. Keep it up!
