I'm not fond of the horizon line placed in the center of the photograph, I do like the colours, keep the rules of thirds in mind for shots like this, your eyes are drawn to one thing; the line in the center of the photograph, it takes away from visual movement.

Well...
I like the idea, and I love the colors. The white of the beach, and the vibrant blue of the ocean and sky. Just lovely. But the picture is a bit washed out (may be just my monitor) and the pic is a bit grainy. But all in all I like the shot. I wish I could make it to a beach like this to take pictures. Keep it up! Keep experimenting with angles, lighting, times of day, etc.
