I dont think I have ever eaten a fish that looks like that. Very colorful.

Sorry, but it just doesn't do anything. It appears to be a market, and there are no people, merchants etc. Even expanding the subject area to show out of focus images of the surroundings might have added interest to this. The colors are good and bold, but there's nothing complimentary to go with them. Shooting from the lower left corner would at least given diagonals and the appearance of size variations.
I think it's great that you made an attempt at something interesting. With subjects like this, shoot a series at every conceivable angle. With Digital, the only cost is an extra couple of minutes, and it's a great learning experience.

When you want to impress people, dictate the code used to put an image file in an HTML document. Very fast.
