An interesting shot. Nice idea to get almost two different scene from two panes of the window. B&W good here. A little bit lower angle would work here better, avoiding very slight perspective angle different on the bottom and top.
I'm with Tanju on the perspective thing, this shot is a real beauty in terms of all the square geometry and lines in it and with that overwhelming dominance of 90 degree angles and straight lines it does, ideally, need to be perfectly square in every aspect. The bw works great, lack of colour forcing the eye to notice the geometry more. So much to like about this, the contrast of wood panels to bricks out the window giving a real sense of two different spaces in the one image. The grungy well used feel of the bench and cupboards signals a long life but with a lovely touch of mystery as we don't know "what" life. Shots that invite our imagination to create a narrative are very cool. Perhaps I'd like a bit more contrast but maybe that would sacrifice some details so your choices stand as very good ones. I reckon this should get a shot at the perms.
