Great looking shot, Rebecca. I love the DOF and the composition. Well done!

Rebecca - The vertical format works very well for this image, emphasizing the line of candles along the garden walk. The bokeh offers a sense of depth as well. Thad

Dear agent SAR,
As far as I have loved, faved and used your previous candles image as DT, then this one although very arty in the sense of DOF etc, it reminds me only just a little too much of a cemetery view. Last Sunday my late Dad would have been 90, but he died in 2007, 17 November - more or less the same as Mark Truman's Dad to the best of my memory... That is why of course I have been to the cemetery and my connotations are not the most pleasant, sorry. I do not know how about your customs but we have such candle lights in glass/plastic containers + some flowers on the graves and as in my Dad's case at the place where his urn is kept at the cemetery. Please accept my apology for getting weepy, talkative and taking too much space and time. LOL
Comes with age, you know, when one realises the inevitable.
Yours SAM

Rebecca, I also like the vertical aspect of this shot. I will be in South Carolina in June and look forward to seeing it.
