The Lone Cypress along the scenic 17 Mile Drive through Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach, CA. (I'm not quite sure why they call this the "lone cypress" when there are others around it, but there you are!)

I have heard that this is one of the most photographed spots in the US. I know I have taken a photo of it as well. I like how you have composed your shot for dramatic effect. Great job! lauren

Interesting tree and picture. Maybe most photographers capture the tree 'alone' in the shot.. but you're right, it definitely has friends :)
