You know...you don't really see too many red-doored churches...but they're cool, especially when the structure is made of stone material, as this one is. Neat capture!

I agree you don't see many red doors on churches. It is an interesting picture but the placement of the door makes the picture out of balance. I know about the thirds but with something like this, closer to the center would be a better perspective. Now if there was something on the left to balance it you would have a much better photo. Ted

I would have to agree with Ted about the placement although it is not a bad composition.The colors and detail are quite well captured.Try shooting it straight on next time and include the arch on top.There is always room for another Missourian here at caedes.
