One of the last weekends I went back to Maastricht, where I had made the photo Riverside. I like how the colours of the buildings come to life at sunset. Camera: Canon 350D with Sigma 18-200 at 24mm, ISO 200, F11

Where we have come from has absolutely no bearing upon where we are capable of going.

the lighting is wonderful, I wonder about the composition. The water that dominates the shot isn't particularly interesting.

I have mixed feelings about the /\. I think the expnase of water does dominate the picture, but I love the texture of the water at the foreground. All in all I think this is an excellent capture, the lighting and focus is superb. I agree, the setting sun brings out the bulidings very nicely.
