Interesting piece Rob. Most people I think would be tempted to shoot the dome looking directly up. This off-senter composition leands interest. To me, the contrast seems just a bit off on the ring around the dome, it appears a bit dark for my taste, but the other colors come through well and you nailed the exposure on the dome and rotunda itself.
