I think its great in b&w and i l like the composition. However, the focus isnt quite right, and the windows arent very sharp.

I'm still trying to figure out if your narrative was supposed to be a pun or if I'm just taking it that way. Yes, the black and white works very well for this, although I do like brickwork and the color that usually goes along with it :)

I think it's a cool photo, different and unique composition. I do like the B&W but think it needs more contrast.
