Couldn't resist taking this shot again but in a different setting. Freezing cold day and damp with mist. Hence the white spots on the photo. Will have to learn how to get rid of these. Can anyone advise me please ? Please see my earlier shot to appreciate the change.

Nice photo, I understand what you mean about the white spots, though. Short of wiping the lens down before the shot and making sure the camera is acclimated to the environment before shooting, not sure what else you could ahve done under the circumstances. I like the "imperfections" though, as they show you attempted to capture the mood of the subject in it's raw form. Most pulitzer prize winning photos are not perfect, rather they capture the subject and framing at the right moment to show the reality of the image. Lens hood may have helped also.

There is a reason they put an "off" button on these things, you know...

I think the spots enhance the photo. They help to show the cold dampness of the scene. Great job!

nice framing with the trees , and the mist is kind of eerie feeling. Good work...

This is excellent. I like to judge a wallpaper on how long it is likely to remain on my screen each time I fire up. This one would keep me happy for weeks!!! Well done.
