This shot shows that some-one had big ambitions but ran out of cash, inspiration or concrete. Taken in Thassos Greece last year. The original plan was for a nautical themed taverna but alas the project didn't get to the launching stage.

This was taken in a small village on the Island of Thassos called Scala Potamia. It appears that in Greece quite a few buildings end up half built for one reason or another.It can range from lack of cash to tax evasion. Ron.
