On a morbid but not disrespectful note some people say they would like their grave to have a nice view. Well thats fair and well but what view would would they have laid on their back under six of earth. Now this is the view my mother-in- law would have if she had the advantage of possessing a periscope. This was taken in a Morecambe cemetery on a wet, miserable and overcast day in April. Ron.

I love cemeteries, i'm glad that you could capture this one. Though sad places for many, they do offer peace, and are one of my favorite places to relax.

A photo that makes me calm. It is very quiescent.

"Want their grave to have a nice view"? I guess, maybe those people are being considerate of their future visitors...

Apart from that, I'm not much help on this one as all cemeteries give me the heebie-jeebs.

The sad part of most cemeteries is all the gravestones that have written on them "Gone but not forgotten " etc .When you can see at a glance that they have been totally forgotten and ignored for years. Thats life !!

I find cemetarys comforting and like the various gravestones that tell a story. Nice sharpness to this photo. The graves to the left look interesting. Nice, even on a rainy day. I think this is a well done image...
