Now listen, in the past I have had some critics accuse me of having people visible in the picture or that the composition was toooo busy with loads going on. Now to remedy the situation, here is a tranquil scenic shot with no action or no people. There is even space available to place your icons if you use it as a desktop. Anyway this is another IOW shot looking towards Sandown. Ron.

It's very nice, composed well, interesting sky. You can't please all the people even some of the time, so you just please yourself, Ron! :) Where are all the people?? :)) <w> - Patty

I guess they're in the water or the sand if they were there to start with, but I like people in the shots. People are in the world, part of the world and the pinnacle of creation, so why not have them in the shot if that's what you want? Nothing in life is more interesting than people.
Oh, the shot is wonderful with or without people!

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel. -Josemaria Escriva

You know what this shot really needs? Some people... maybe to make it a bit busier. LOL j/k!!! I couldn't resist. I really love the lighting in this shot, and the time of day that you captured it. It's bright and beautiful. I like how you can see some buildings in the distance and the way the sandy areas are dotted with mossy greens. Great work!

Very nice tanquil scene, a perfect DT with lots of room for icons! Well done!
But please don't hesitate to post more of your usual - busy, interesting places.
