Really nice choice of scene to capture, would be nicer though I think without the bank and just the water on the left side, but really interesting with alot of compasition to keep the eye moving. Thanks for sharing

The first thing my eye was drawn to in this shot was the red and blue, mirrored in that wonderful liquid canal surface. From a compositional standpoint, the subjects are a bit too far away to fully appreciate the natural compositition of the frame. I think I would have either zoomed or walked forward to get rid of the canal path, post and bench (and assorted garbage under it), unless, of course, you were trying for some kind of contrast there. It would definitely be interesting to crop to that extent and compare the two frames!
