Just a photographer no artist, I capture what I see :)
I spent a few minutes looking at this image. And yes, inspiration will always come from where we look. The image itself seems washed out. It wasn't until I blew the image up that I realized it is either slightly out of focus or the image is slightly blurred do to movement of your camera. So composition wise I give it higher marks than the technical side. But your searching for perspective and insight get even higher marks
