How nice it is Vic that we have "professional" photographers and critics here isn't it? LOL. It is a bit overexposed but the scene itself is set up very well. I would love to see this reposted with more "natural" colorings.
We are artists here and need feedback including constructive criticism, but always couched in kindness, and friendship. no one ever need be rude or overly blunt for its own sake..
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
I took one look at this and had to jump in here and open this up. These are beautiful colors provided to us by nature and I really love this one. I would also like to say that I would rather be playing with natural colors than look at any computer generated strings and waves of rubbish they call art. I seen better in my 3 yr old nephews coloring book! You did a great job with this one. Thanks Vic!....Imua Paaaina
I agree with the third commenter. If you keep this photo as a thumbnail, it has possibilities, but to enlarge it brings out the excesses mentioned by a honest review.
We learn by doing & playing your right Vic. Constructive criticism is helpful..rude commenting is insulting. Still a pretty scene you shared with us despite the minor flaws already mentioned,Vic! C):-)
THE CAMERA'S ONLY JOB is to get out of the way of making photographs. It's entirely an artist's eye, patience, and skill that makes an image. ~Ken Rockwell VISIT MY GALLERY
