Well, I'm torn again. Such opposing subjects in my mind - a beetle (beetles, I'm still learning to love as photo subjects) and these beautiful hydrangeas! I love the way you captured the buds so closely - and the blue is electric! I have to say I love it! ~Mary~

Very, very cool! At a first glance at this I thought the beetle was in beads or marbles or something. Great colors and contrasts. It also looks like there are lamps surrounding this fella. I love it! Well done :)

John, eergisteren had Herman (HDWillems) een 'beetle' inzending. Voor de grap heb ik gezegd dat als ik zou willen dat mijn vrouw niet meer tegen mij zou praten gedurende veertien dagen op zijn minst, ik hem diende uit te printen en op haar nachtkastje te zetten. Knap werk John! Prachtige beetle-foto, zeker zo mooi als die van mij. Het is niet dezelfde kever, de mijne was wat "hariger".
De kleuren en helderheid zijn grote klasse op deze foto evenals het contrast. Super :-)
