Roxie (Roxio7) wrote in her comment: ...The bird is wonderful but that stake ruins the image. it should have been removed....

I agree with her, so I removed the stake ! I think it looks much better now !

Didn't disburb me at all John. Think it's even better to accept reality than creating an imaginary fairy tale world. Think it's just a matter of taste.
Accepting Roxio7's critique would mean that you have to clone out the water as well. Don't say you however what's my opinion on that.
Regards, Cornelius.

Mich

I agree with both Cornelius and Michel! The image looks better and more serene like this. But I already liked your first post... just a mather of personal taste. Just every now and then it is good to try and see what the difference is.

The stake didn´t disturb me either John. I like both images. You did a great job on this one though.

Good cloning work there John. The stake did not really bother me. It was how the scene was in reality.

i'm with the gang. either way is fine but i honestly think that without the stake the bird is better presented. getting rid of it must have been quite a task.

Nice rework! I remember viewing the first image & didn't pay much attention to the post in the original image ... guess I was focusing on the beautiful bird more. I have to say I like this one much better though. Very well done.

My question is not if the stake is there or not but did the Egret know she had a wild hair out of place before she had her picture taken? lol

Good job. I am surprised he stood there all that time for you to go back and remove the stake. It must have wanted its photo taken something awful. Excellent work on both John.
