Very beautiful image with nice composition! Must have been a cold day looking at the sky.
When I first opened this post I viewed the image full screen without reading your narrative... so I was looking 'onder den dam'... my mistake LOL

Think however that they won't have any problem with your image, as this composition, consisting of a part of the small village with a traditonal windmill, is beautiful. Has a lot of elements in it which have made Holland famous.
