In the small town of Grafton, about 30 miles North of Milwaukee, they created this dam quite a few years ago to slow the flow of the river and create this tranquil location. Comments and critiques, please!
A very bright capture in primary colors mostly, that along with the diagonal perspective on the falls calls for our attention. I love the smoothness of the water as it falls down. Very well done, Rich.

Very good shot Rich. I like the colors and the bridge in background. This makes me think that Spring might actually get here. The falls lull you to sleep while hypothermia engulfs you. Very nice my friend.
I guess everybody like your composition. Who am I to disagree? And I don't disagree. The color of the water is super, and I really like the bridge with the red guard rails. Good work, Rich.

Hi Rich,
I like this one...the bridge makes a nice backdrop for the calm dark blue river and how the water changes color flowing over the dam turning frothy.
Very scenic!
