Interesting idea. Well detailed right down to the halos. Might have been able to straighten the buildings with a bit of work with PS. Lots to look at here.

Thanks for the feedback on this .. I had been dying to try some "real" HDR once I got my D90, so I setup the tripod outside my home, set the AEB, set the timer for 3 shots and let it rip. I'm happy with the result, and can't wait to do more with this type of artwork.

I like the decision to use hdr on this shot. I always lean toward B&W, you could say I am biased, but maybe a winter scene like this would look neat done without color. There is potential for some beautiful contrast there.
Anyway, nice photo and good editing.

There is somthing intruding into the picture from the right side frame which detracts my eye - did you consider cloning it out?
