This is a repost that I am glad I took the advice to put a frame around it. Snowshoes taken in Northern Minnesota by the Boundary Waters. Hope you enjoy, please leave comments/suggestions. Enjoy

I don't think I saw the original, but I do like the framing on this one.

I like the composition of the shot and the lighting is well done also.

Wow, I don't normally like framing but this looks really good! It's a great shot and the frame adds nicely to it.

I think it looks much better framed, good choice. It accents the golden tones of the wood. This is a strong and simple composition and works very well.

When I clicked on the image, I though "where in the world would you be using snowshoes in October?!" Then I saw the image and realized you were getting all nostalgic with a well done photo. I'm already outvoted but you know me and my anti-frame mentality...

Oooh, nice capture! I love the texture of this photo and the warmth of the wood against the ice cold snow. Maybe you should contact the snowshoe manufacturer - this would be beautiful in a magazine ad. I'm not a fan of framing either - but this is perfect.

Excellent composition, the wood goes with the snow very well. It has a very nice mood, and the frame does add a nice touch. Good work.

I really like this picture it has alot of detail and a great subject. They sure don't make snowshoes like that anymore well done nice composition.

I have a pair of snowshoes & love trekking around in the snow. Perfect angle on this excellent capture & I'm enjoying the framing too. Faves!
