This one was a team effort I suppose. My wife took this picture out in San Diego. I did the editing and figured I would share it with you. I/she hope(s) you like it. Please leave comments/suggestions.

Excellent clarity and texture in the sand. Overall the photo is really great! None of the feet were chopped off when the photo was taken either. Tell her she did a great job!

Really nice! I like that there are no other fresh impressions. Nice details too.

It looks like the footprints are raised off the sand, as if someone is walking up-side-down, under the sand - weird and brilliant!

Superb work on the taking of the photo and the editing. You and your wife make a great shutterbug team! Congrats to both of you on such a fine shot.

Only comment and a minor one is the crop is a bit tight in my mind. Needs a bit of breathing room top and bottom. None the less, a well thought and emotive presentation, hope we see more.

Did you rotate the image to make the footprints appear raised, or was it just luck? Excellent idea. A little tight cropped top and bottom, but good clarity and an intriguing and interesting picture.

HHHmmm, awful lot of discussion about the crop. Yeah, it could be a little looser, but in the grand scheme of things I don't think it makes that much of a difference. I would agree that the footprints appear to be raised, and however that was accomplished it creates a great effect. The focus is dead on, and the subtle color differences add interest to the shot.

Once again a shot like this points out that the artist sees what the normal person just walks past and ignores. Nicely done, both of you.

Weird how they look like they stand proud rather than being sunk into the sand. Interesting.
