Four Wheelin is the only way to get to this location. Such great camping up here. I have another in the portfolio of this same spot during the winter a few months after this was taken.

I like it! I now have it! From my memories of camping (tenting!) and fishing near the Rockies (Canada) the only thing missing is a creek or river. Thanks for sharing this pic... a pic with but a little SNOW! Having moved to a near snowless area (Vancouver area, BC), I am still avoiding snow... even in pictures! :o) And instead of a 4Wheeler we used a Gazoonie... an 8Wheeler that could handle the water too... though we never trusted it on that one! :o)

Ah, Colorado, so many 4 wheel drive trails, so little time. Our first high country 4 wheeling was up Engineer Pass. We were still living in upstate NY (Flatlanders from the east.) Driving a full size Blazer along the cliff edge on Engineer was a scary experience for us. Now we do it and it's not a problem. A good picture that brings back memories!
