A very different prospective here, Rob. I like the dark coloring it adds an ominious look to the photo.

Makes me want to ask what's behind each window? Interesting contrasts, Rob. Looks like forbidden territory.

LYTRO. The new light field photography. Refocus your shots AFTER you have taken them. Just click on the word LYTRO. See a VIDEO HERE.

The lighting looks good Rob. A great place to get mugged I would say. Has a, where's my weapon, feel to it. Your textures always look good.

I like the light tint to the windows and other spots. Also the dark around the edges.

What a fabulous posting, Darth. All I'm seeing today are flowers in honor of "Foofy" Friday. After all those flower shots I desperately needed an antidote as my blood sugar was through the roof. So let me say, "Thanks, I needed that". This shot is glorious and a tribute to your skills with Photo.net. If anyone can make a bleak subject look even bleaker, it's you, Rob. When you're taking this shots in the back alleys of run down industrial towns, do you ever worry that someone is going to grab your wallet (or your camera?). I just wouldn't feel all that safe in this part of town. Beautiful work on the light and dark contrast and those creepy textures.

How did I know this was yours from the thumbnail Rob?? Awesome work here. Love the dark and dreary but alluring shadows and the contrast of the lighter downspouts. Totally cool!!!! WOW!!
PS Hey PalRal, it's Paint.net and not Photo.net I believe.....as I use it on all my stuff:):)

Again you have this great atmosphere in your work. You added some 'vignetering' I see which works very well. Enjoy your work Rob! Mich

Rob - An excellent urban photo with enough grunge and clarity, with the vignette added to set a tone where I expect some tough guys to appear at any moment. Thad
