It's so wonderful to see shots of Delfshaven again! This is a perfect capture Rob. I always enjoy seeing the boats, the water and the buildings. I'm wondering if they are apartments or businesses.
I'll admit it, Rob. I miss these shots. While it's not grimy and sleazy or filled with rust and graffiti, it is my personal National Geographic of places that I hope to visit someday. While your trash art is fascinating and displays your talents at manipulation, I have a hard time relating to beautiful women that look like they are made out of wood even though my first wife did a pretty good imitation of a dead tree during sex, but that's another story entirely.
Love the colors of the ships, the wispy cloud cover, the excellent detail work on the structures and especially the roofs. It makes me yearn for the old Rob before the Xenon subconscious took over all of his bodily functions. Glorious shot and right into my faves for old times sake.
This is one beautiful capture and the detail, colours and depth of field is spot on my friend I love to see these old style looking boats.Plus this photo as lots for the eyes to feast on to along with lovely light and shade also.
Book me a table for 8:15 PM at Millers. A nice capture of this city scene Rob. Nice colours, lighting and textures in the photo. I like the two seagulls perched on the flagpoles. How about skipping across the canal and snapping a few shots of the Pilgrim's Fathers Church just down the street.
