That tittle made me think of something totally else. Why I don't know for by now I should know it's spiders!!! ;~)

I also enjoyed the assumption that you both thought the killer was a she.
We all hate the idea of suffering, but at this level there is no compassion or empathy, just eat or be eaten. We used to understand these things on a more visceral level, but 'civilization' has blinded us to the reality. It goes on constantly though, with or without our understanding.
