This rice grain sized insect was barely visible on its plant. After shooting it at 5X though, it appears to be an ambush predator with a similar MO as an assassin bug, but a magnitude smaller. The swordlike feeding tube tucked under its front legs is called a rostrum and could be bad news for another passing insect.
