This was taken with a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro lens, on a 6D body, with a little bit of fill light from a ring flash. It seems strange, but using the strobe in bright sunlight can actually help the shot. This picture is a bit overexposed, but it had the best 'presence' of the lot.
