HI SADUN,
this is really an interesting shot. it looks better in smaller view because the red frame just looks like an artistic expression of some kind. when you go to 100% you see that it is a frame and it is too far right to see much of the color. the plant is excellent as far as technique (good and sharp but not too sharp) the plant is also very pretty.

Yesterday's history. Tomorrow's a mystery. Today's a gift. That's why it's called the present.

great picture with lovely colors but why didn't you put the picture in the middle with a frame around it, I think the picture would look even better then, that is my opinion

Hi Mate,
I admire ur effort to capture what u see around and trying to make some thing creative out of it. This is some thing like that. I can see that ur framing techniques are developing and u will learn how to frame a picrure effectively very soon. Balance of light and the composition of this image is pretty good. There are lots of matching colors also. How ever keep my point below in mind very well.

A photograph is some thing which can speak 1000 words at a time. Even how minor or vast the subject is thats the fact. So a photo to be interesting to the viewer there are few important facts to be completed.

1. The subject should be some thing interesting. This is very important. Even though u find it interesting you have to really think if its interesting and important to the viewer. And even though its a simple things there can be a great story behind it.If so there is more value. There is an image called "Cradle of life" in my gallery. Read how people liked the concept of the image even though the quality of it is poor.

2. The colors
3. Compostion
4. Focus and Deapth

No matter what equipment u use u can do a lovely photograph if these things are compiled together. How ever point 2-4 is not much required if the point 1 is a majorly interesting subject such as in photojournalism or action and sports.

Have fun shooting!!

It’s a very pleasant photograph Sadun and done in a classical style. I think that a slightly lower angle would give some separation between the blooms and leaves. The wall tiles compete with the leaves for attention, a lower angle would help in that respect too.

The border and background are tastefully done. However there is a darkish band running from left to right in the background, which looks out of place.

Despite my critique, I think that it’s a commendable image that has been tastefully presented. It is quite pleasing to view and I think you can be proud of it.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

I like the presentation here Sadun and the colors you chose to go around the beautiful plant. There is plenty of room for icons on the DT with this one. While it's a lovely post, I'm not too keen on the tiles behind it. I think they are a bit distracting. You've done a good job here though.
