i love this picture in Banderawela. did i spell it right? this is a bery beautiful frog, or is it a toad? superior color. nice work all around. Sri Lanka is beautiful from your eyes to mine.
Wow ... don't know which I am more impressed with, the amazing frog itself, with its' natural colourations and that 'X' ... or your capture of.
Doesn't matter both are excellent creations. One man made, and one provided from above. :o)
This really is a seriously wicked cool image.
If I may be so bold ... and not that what I am about to mention, detracts from the overall photo ... far from it, but ... but, I do believe when you capture a subject as well as this one, that has so much natural interest ... a more understated presentation is best. To let the image do allll of the talking for you.
The 'framing' is a very nice and creative addition ... however, I don't feel it is absolutely necessary in this case. Your photo is more than strong enough to stand alone, or with something slightly more understated.
Hope you don't mind me sharing my thoughts here with you. And that is all they are, no slight intended against your image here.
+favs for me.
I like this one ... a lot.
Really well done, and wonderful placement of your focal subject. That is one cool frog. :o)
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I wonder how tiny or large this little froggie is. I think it's a most lovely photo. Looks so tender and the framing I think is just wonderful! It brings out all the colours in your photo.Such a tiny rainfrog is it? Thank you for showing us some of the things that live where you live. I like this very much. Verena
