As for your posting, I'm not used to seeing close up shots from you. You continue to surprise me with with your diverse skills. The shot is nearly perfect. It's very well focused, crystal clear, nice and sharp. The detail is right on the button. If I might make one suggestion...some of my Caedes friends specialize in flower photos. The background is perfect except for the stem in the lower left which distracts from the overall composition. You can download PhotoFilter for free. It has cloning features so that you can remove the offending stem. Personally I think the shot is fine. I know that the close-up plant photographers (and probably the contest judges) are very particular about what makes the ideal shot. For what it's worth, that's what I think.
