Sayed...With each new posting I realize more and more that we don't live in the same place. Around here if you want chicken, you can get boneless, skinless chicken breasts on sale at one of the 4 supermarkets here in town. There are very few small motor bikes around here. Most people pretend that they're cowboys and drive 4 wheel drive pickup trucks with gun racks in the back. The 4 wheelers look like they've never been off road. The people that do drive motorcycles typically drive Harley Hogs. If somebody tried to sell chickens like this, he'd have to show his valid business license. I think the municipal code prohibits sale of animals except at pet shops, and those are not for eating.
I see you put this in the "still life" category. There's isn't anything very still about this crowded and busy street scene. I think you are one of the few people on Caedes that shoots people at work, which is one of many things I love about your postings.
Great colors, very interesting perspective, brilliant capture of a busy village scene. The background is just as fascinating as the chicken salesman with bananas being sold by the bunch on the right and the dilapidated tin roofed structure on the right. You live in an awe inspiring environment.
Quite a contrast between the modern bike and the "chicken stall"! A quite interesting village scene well captured. You really have your eyes open for the right subjects to photograph, Sayed,
