Greetings from the other side of the world, Sayed....

As always I enjoy your photos that become my own personal National Geographic Magazine. Looking at your gallery is a lot cheaper than flying to India. Your photos represent your cultural heritage to my limited knowledge. They are a virtual slice of life.

However, I think I'm supposed to write a critique and commentary on what I think about the artistic quality of the photograph. This leaves me at a disadvantage because I don't think I've ever shot anything that would qualify as "Life in My Village". But I'll give it a try. The red van in the background is distracting, especially the reflective glass. The shutter speed should be a little faster unless the drummers are using melting wax for drumsticks since some of them have motion blur. There's an awful lot of negative space above the drummers. Maybe some cropping or lightening would help.

Other than that, "Nice Shot".

It is also very interesting for me to see all this after so many years Sayed. Very nice capture of the drummers.

If practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect, then why practice?

A most interesting image, Sayed. That is a fascinating instrument and the clothing is festive. I like the appearance of the whole group.

Cool...But I still like the sound of a good drum solo on a dedicated set, such as "The Professor" here...Nice presentation...
