I think this is called manioc root too? I love tapioca. I use it as a thickener in beef stew. It makes such a wonderful and hearty sauce. I like seeing where all these food items originate rather than just the way they come out of the package. I love to see how this root is processed. Wonderful shot, Sayed. This would be great for a book about food or agriculture.

Wow! Here we have a milky pudding that is called Tapioca, or frog spawn because of its appearance. I wonder if it comes from this plant also. Its like little balls a jelly like substance in a creamy milky sauce. Very tasty
