Oh my goodness Sayed I can't believe that poor guy has to climb the pole and work like that with no safety measures in place. You got a great shot here:)

It looks so dangerous especially when you see all the cables twisted around there. And this is all 220 volts - the main lines may be even 440 Volts - not 110 V like in the U.S.!
