amazing the things taken for granted in our everyday life.. a very humbling photograph.. the black and white, to me, adds to this.. i think it gives it a more harsh, and at the same time, intimate look into a simpler way of life.. very nicely done..

No critico tu trabajo, al contrario, es excelente, pero como sabes acá en México hay muchas imágenes idénticas a ésta, y lo que escribo aquí es sólo una pequeña reflexión de mi parte. Suerte Esteban.

Very powerful and moving picture. It is so difficult for us to understand what real hardships. In our sheltered lives it is a disaster if the grocer happens to be out of Whole Wheat Honey Nut bread. Makes you feel very foolish.

I just can't help but wonder if our society is so absorbed in the materialistic aspect of life that we neglect to take time in life and just enjoy what we have and be happy.

This is a beautiful picture and it's reality for too big a percentage of our world's population. By the way "necesidad" means necessity.
