What a splendid capture, Cesar. To think this castle was started hundreds of years ago and finished in the early 1900's is amazing. Sintra has got to be one of the most interesting places to visit in Portugal; I understand there are so many fabulous sites to see. Your macro is very clear and the lighting and composition are excellent...Neil

I would have to echo Jerry's comments above me. That's the first thing that hit me. What great detail of the door and it's intricate art work plus the fantastic capture of same. Whew!

I think that this would have been better in vertical format César so you could get the entire circle in. I do like the colours and all those details. I think you and your camera had a great day at this place :-)
