I'm not much of a photographer...could not even remove the false date :)The true date is 26 September 2005. This was taken in the Golden Gate national park...a stretch of mountains joint to the Drakensberg in South Africa...When i took this photo, I FELT SMALL. On my way up i passed a pair of Vultures(gray back, very large!), and a nervous Steen Bok

You may be doing yourself a disservice with your description - the photo in general is fine. The detail is very good indeed and the strange crop of mountains makes you thing it’s just a funky batman camera angle on the horizon at first. The date obviously is a big no no on the composition and it could really do with a ramp up in the colour and contrast department but not too shabby at all apart form that.
