....and so goes the game in correspondence chess. A few lines of friendly sharing, as well as moves to the game. At one point in the early 90's I had 46 games going on at once. The trick to handing so many is to get them out the day they came. In these modern times correspondence chess has taken a very severe blow....do to the computer, they are strong enough to defeat most humans these days.... sadly enough....a good number of people started using them to inflate their ratings and win the small prizes offered in these small tournaments. So what used to be a very large group of people playing CC has now dwindled down to very few.

This photo really tells a story. I like it. One might use it as a dustjacket cover to a subtle mystery the clues of which lie in an ill-fated chess match... Nice light, too.

I love how you everything so nicely in the picture. It's so sad about the ill-fated diminishing of correspondence chess.
