I quite like it, looks quite realistic, like an air bubble has just reahed the surface of the water. I agree that it seems unfinished though, needs something around the outside where it is just flat... a reflection maybe? I dunno...

very nice bright light and colors. It's rather finished for me but maybe you could centered the shape a little more.

Cain- I actually left it uncentered because it shows the swirl better and makes it have more depth. I'm glad you like it though :) Your advice has always been very helpful!

lemme guess, plastic wrap? i have a pic almost identical to this, we must have gone throught the exact process. try adding zig zag... or invert the layer
