This does look like a painting. Nancy, this would look cute on a child's wall. This is an adorable duck with his cute modern hairdo, and he looks like quite a happy chap. Interesting seeing the background grey water, and the gorgeous blue wavy water that lil ducky is floating on. A captivating almost fantasy image. And the frame work is wonderful for this cutie :^*>
