I couldn't believe my eyes, I was freezing running around trying to get duck pics, and this person was out not moving. Oh well, different strokes eh.

He looks like he's asleep or frozen. He might of said the same about you. " I can't believe this guys out here trying to get pics of ducks", Oh well, I hope he got a meal out of it. Did you get any duck pics?

This is great. People do that around here too, when the ice is thick enough that is...I heard about a guy that pulled out a 41-inch pike ... so I guess sometimes it's worth the wait. Someone ought to tell him about fishing houses though...good human interest capture.

Can understand in a shack or something, but this was a very very cold biting wind, brrr, makes me shiver to remember.

Great shot :) - He looks very lonely - I hope he caught some fish. I buy mine at the fish shop - much easier and warmer lol

Nice shot Nancy...he does look like a hearty sole out there...around here most icefishermen use a makeshift shack. I am sure this fellow has a few layers of clothing on...gerry
