This is what they call it near the shore, they grow everywhere there, looks like an Iris to me, but, that is what they are known as in this area.

The colours are nice and bright on this one, so pretty. Last year I had one of these show up in my garden and I know I did not plant it.

A friend of mine works in a camera store. The other day a very confused looking woman approached the counter and handed my friend a camera. She said "I took pictures, but I forgot to have film in the camera. Can you please get them out of the camera for me?"

I beautiful Iris I think Scorp! I have yellow ones in my garden (or had) they have now lost their flowers! It's a lovely capture and the framing is perfect!

I love the purple ones. I have yellow/off white in my yard, but they never last and are only showy for about a day. You've done an outstanding job on the framing as well :)
