I've never photographed flowers before but when I saw a whole bed of them in bloom during a vacation in Gloucester, VA, I had to take a few. This one turned out the best. I don't even know what kind they are.

The white flowers look beautiful as the focal point in the center. And the red and pink looks gorgeous contrasting with the summer green grass. Wonderful shot!

Well just for the sake of completeness--the red ones and the pink ones are tulips and the white ones are narcissus (also known as jonquils or daffodils). This is a very pretty image, especially the way the white stands out against the darker colors.
