This was a "one more for the road" shot. I had been shooting this Flowering Cherry Tree, trying to express the beauty of the curving branches. Just as I was packing up and getting ready to leave the site, I saw this branch out of the corner of my eye. I turned and clicked. Once. And then I liked it best of all. Doesn't it often turn out like that? Hope this brings in a bit of Spring for you!

Wow. I love it. I have been trying in vain to get a photo of the cherry blossoms that does it justice. Mine still elude me but yours is bang on! Great one. I love the colour and the clarity of the foreground and the blurriness in the background. The lines are gorgeous. Stunning shot Sharon.

It's like a pink dream. Seems unusual, yet I like the way the chosen branch is highlighted and the rest blurred. The dark curvy branches remind me of a floral necklace. Nice eye and detail.

Yes, sometimes it's the last look you give something that works best. It's a beauty. Just gorgeous!!

If you see spring loitering about, send him up here. 'Bout time we saw him put his back into moving these snow drifts off my lawn..... Wow. I wish.

Oooh! Wonderful pinks and textures! A gorgeous composition and I like the sharp focus on the first branch and the blur to the others! Wonderful work! (It probably smelled heavenly!)

ah, beautiful! Most of all I love the flowers in the background: how they are everywhere and give depth to the trere. It's as if I am swimming in these branches, they are all around me. excellent.

Love cherry blossoms. Great shot. :) And it really is true with only taking one snap shot and it being your best one.
