It is January 2nd and our gray skies have (so far today) offered bits of rain, snow, sleet and hail. The winter views are muted and austere...not sparkling and bright as they might be with a snow cover and the sun shining. Accordingly, I turned to an older shot of this lovely house that seems to be undergoing Endless Renovation. The stuff on the porch changes from week to week, but doesn't ever go away. Looking for color, I used a sketch filter and cranked it up. I liked the bright effect...and I hope you do too! Thanks for coming to take a look.

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.
I like the fun bright illustration effect. The house has interesting lines with varied details.
