This is one of my very favorite places. It was once (I think) a farm pond, but now it is in the middle of a small city...but tucked away behind a medical center, a pharmacy and an office park. (You get here by going to the back of a parking lot). It isn't developed as a park at all, although there is a single, large building block off to the side to sit on. I come here to relax, watching the birds and squirrels. Once in a while I see someone fishing here as well. There is something about this pond, that has grown wild and is not well-known, that appeals to my sense of discovery. Don't we all love coming upon a special, almost private, place? Thanks for coming by here to take a look!
